which remain subtle on the palate, yet give this pale beer a real
lift. Light in the mouth and incredibly refreshing.

The Brewery The Hop Back brewery began back in 1986 on a
very small scale at The Wyndham Arms in Wiltshire. Since then,  
it has grown to win great recognition in the real ale world.

Food to accompany Its Asian style ingredients make Taiphoon the
perfect choice with a curry. Particularly a spicy one of Thai origin.
