Description: A golden IPA with fresh orange peel, grapefruit and pineapple in the aroma. The same full citrus flavours from the abundant hops continue in the slightly perfumed taste, with just a little restraining malt. There's more grapefruit in the long drying hoppy finish. The Brewery: Based in St. Austell in Cornwall, the brewery has been in the family for more than 150 years. Interesting Fact: The name of this beer refers to the 'proper job' the 32nd (Cornwall) Regiment did in protecting the British residency in Lucknow during the Indian Mutiny of 1857. Food to Accompany: As an IPA, this beer goes very well with any curry dishes or spicy food - particularly chicken or lamb.
